Student Warranties

a) The student warrants that all documents and information supplied are true, authentic and correct

b)Where the student has supplied incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, the student will automatically be withdrawn from the course and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

 

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for L2E staff, fellow students, members of the public and L2E Property. Breaches of the student code of conduct may constitute gross misconduct, which may lead to expulsion from the course.

 

Withdrawal

a) The student agrees that he/she cannot change, defer or withdraw from the programme without prior consent from L2E. Any failure to start the course as scheduled, without prior notification to the L2E team, will lead to expulsion from the course. No refunds will be given.

b) Where a student has withdrawn from the programme without prior consent, L2E reserve the right to pursue the student for outstanding fees.

 

Exclusion

To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and associated parties exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.

 

Registration on Course

Registration on the course constitutes registration as a student with L2E. Students agree to be bound by L2E Code of Conduct (clause 2) and Terms and Conditions of Registration.

 

Refund Policy – Student Default

a) If a student withdraws from any of our courses more than 14 days before commencement of the course, he/she is entitled to a full refund less 15% processing fee. Any refunds will be processed within 45 days of claim.

b) 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 14 days before the commencement of the course.

c) No refund will be given to any student who withdraws after commencement of the course. Once a delegate has signed their student enrolment form and commenced their given programme, they are obliged to pay their tuition fees in full according to their instalment plan.

d) If a student defers their course, the right to submit an application for a refund is waived. Where a student has deferred their course, and subsequently fails or attempts to withdraw from the course, no refunds will be provided save in exceptional circumstances. The Refunds Committee has sole discretion in determining whether or not student’s circumstances are exceptional.

e) Any refunds awarded in respect of this clause will be processed within 45 working days of the claim.

 

Data Protection

Learn2Earn needs to gather and use certain information about individuals for the operation of our business. This can include information and personal data of enquirers, applicants, suppliers, business contacts, employees and other people our organisation has a relationship with or may need to contact. We reserve the right to collect, handle, and store such personal information and will do so in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 Force Majeure Learn2Earn Ltd is not liable in the event where it is unable to fulfil any service to which it is contractually bound because of fire, natural disaster, acts of government, failure of suppliers or subcontractors, labour disputes or other reasons which are outside of its control. Equal Opportunities Learn2Earn Ltd operates an equal opportunities policy. It aims to ensure that no applicant will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, sex, marital status, disability, race, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or political or religious belief. 

 

Confidentiality

You shall not, except as authorised by L2E, divulge to any persons, firm, company or other organisation whatsoever at any time any confidential information belonging to L2E or relating to its affairs or dealings which may come to your knowledge during your association with L2E. All papers are considered to be confidential, together with any copies or extracts thereof, made or acquired by you in the course of your time with L2E.

L2E Terms and Conditions are subject to change. We communicate changes through updates to our websites. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.
