About this course
The course develops aerial hoop technique beyond the foundational skills covered at Level 1. Participants practise applying technical movements on the suspended steel hoop, with attention to body awareness, control and physical conditioning. The work progresses towards linking individual moves and creating short sequences or routines, providing a structured way to develop movement combinations within the discipline.

Is this course right for you?
This intermediate course is intended for learners who have completed Aerial Hoop Level 1 and been signed off by their teacher. It may also suit those with previous Static Trapeze experience, including learners signed off at Level 2.
- Previous aerial training is expected
- Learners may transfer technique from Static Trapeze
Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest, and clean indoor trainers.
- Clothing that covers the limbs, such as long sleeves and leggings, is advised for aerial classes.
