About this course
This course introduces aerial rope fundamentals through climbing, twisting and shaping the body on a hanging rope. Learners practise holding poses and explore more dynamic movement, including different climbing approaches, positions and drops. The course also draws on techniques closely related to silks. Activities take place above the ground and involve physical work for the core and upper body. Progression to Level 2 is possible when teachers consider a learner ready.

Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest, plus clean indoor trainers.
