About this course
The course introduces Bachata through a structured syllabus in which each class builds on the previous one. Participants practise the dance’s steady four-count rhythm, foundational movements and the connection between leading and following. Classes use traditional Latin tracks as well as remixed pop songs. Partner rotation is part of the format, allowing participants to practise with different people rather than staying with one partner throughout.
What you'll learn
- Maintain Bachata’s four-count rhythm and tap pattern
- Perform foundational Bachata movements within a progressive sequence
- Practise lead-and-follow connection with different partners
- Dance to traditional Latin music and Bachata remixes
