About this course

The course introduces everyday Spanish through greetings, personal information, nationalities, physical descriptions and numbers from 0 to 100. Learners develop speaking, listening, reading and writing through individual tasks, role-play, pair and small-group activities, games and short grammar exercises. Classroom practice includes writing words and sentences, listening for the gist or key information, and revising vocabulary and grammar. Learners also work towards making simple requests, asking for clarification and understanding basic conversations.
