About this course
The session provides additional studio time for developing personal ceramics projects, practising techniques and extending work beyond a regular taught class. Participants work alongside other makers in a shared studio and can use the available clay bodies, glazes, pottery wheels, tools and machinery.

Is this course right for you?
This session is intended for experienced makers and confident beginners or intermediate learners who can work with a degree of independence. It is not formally taught, although a technician supports material preparation, safe working and equipment operation. Entry requires a completed termly course at Morley College and a basic understanding of clay use.

Before you go
- Learners should bring their own apron and tools.
- A notebook and pen may be useful.
- Clay is charged at £3 per kilogram, including bisque and glaze firing.
- Learners need to provide a Morley College student number or email to confirm they are current or prior students.
