About this course
The course explores creative approaches to aerial practice rather than focusing only on established tricks. Participants use stimuli from visual art, text, character, music and dance as starting points for experimentation and movement-making. Activities take place across several aerial apparatuses, including trapeze, hoop and silks or rope, with the aim of developing new movement ideas through play and exploration.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for aerialists who have been signed off for Level 2 or Level 3 Aerial courses. It involves experimenting with movement and creative stimuli across different apparatuses, so participants should have the stated aerial experience.
- Requires sign-off for a Level 2 or Level 3 Aerial course
Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest.
- Clean indoor trainers are requested.
