Participants build on Level 1 foundations by applying flying trapeze techniques and linking individual moves. The course focuses on refining body awareness, control and technique while working towards short sequences and routines. It is structured for learners who have already completed the introductory level and been signed off by their teacher.

This intermediate course is intended for learners who have successfully completed Flying Trapeze Level 1 and received teacher sign-off. It suits participants ready to develop their existing technical skills through linked movements and short aerial sequences.

• Previous completion of Level 1 and teacher sign-off are specified for entry.

Before you go

• Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest.
• Clean indoor trainers are requested.
• Clothing covering the limbs, such as long sleeves and leggings, is advised for aerial classes.
