About this course
The course develops existing flying trapeze skills through increasingly dynamic routines. Participants practise linking individual moves, creating sequences and refining technique within the discipline. Teaching focuses on applying and consolidating technical skills while building circus knowledge through structured routine development.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for advanced learners who have successfully completed Level 2 and been signed off by their teacher. Experienced aerialists who have not trained at the centre may need an aerial assessment before joining an advanced-level course.

- An aerial assessment is available for experienced learners seeking entry at an advanced level
Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest, plus clean indoor trainers.
- For aerial work, clothing covering the limbs, such as long sleeves and leggings, is advised.
