About this course
Participants are introduced to the principles of glass fusing through demonstrations and guided practical projects. The course covers compatible fusible glass, safe use of glass, tools and kilns, and basic methods for cutting, shaping, designing and assembling glass. It also examines firing schedules and the stages of the fusing process. Finished pieces are reviewed, with attention to identifying and troubleshooting common issues.
