About this course
The course develops intermediate ten-hole diatonic harmonica playing through tutor demonstrations, explanations and supporting online resources. Participants work on repertoire suited to the level while exploring improvisation across different musical styles. Topics include tongue technique, advanced bending, playing through a microphone and amplifier or PA, and using one harmonica to play in multiple keys. The course also considers how harmonica techniques can be applied across different genres.
