Participants are introduced to four aerial disciplines, working with flying trapeze, static trapeze, rope and silks. The course covers foundational skills while involving physical exercise for the strength, core and upper body. It provides an initial exploration of different aerial equipment before learners choose whether to continue with a class focused on one discipline.
