What Upper Intermediate (B2) Italian means

At B2 Italian, learners can communicate fluently on concrete and abstract topics, develop arguments and respond in detail.

• Support a viewpoint

  Sebbene la misura comportasse un costo iniziale, a lungo termine gioverebbe all’intera comunità.

  Although the measure would have an initial cost, it would benefit the whole community in the long term.

• Discuss an abstract issue

  La tecnologia facilita la comunicazione, ma solleva anche interrogativi sulla privacy.

  Technology makes communication easier, but it also raises questions about privacy.

• Negotiate a solution

  Se posticipassimo la scadenza di una settimana, potremmo rispettare il budget senza ridurre la qualità.

  If we extend the deadline by a week, we can keep the budget without reducing quality.
