At A1 Japanese, learners are beginning to use familiar words and simple sentences in predictable everyday situations.

About this course
This introductory workshop covers basic Japanese language and aspects of Japanese culture. Participants practise greetings, saying their name, asking someone else’s name, and ordering five drinks using numbers one to five. Teaching is interactive, with pair and group activities, repetition of Japanese words and sentences, and a discovery activity. The course is based on the tutor’s own materials.
