At A1 Russian, learners are beginning to use familiar words and simple sentences in predictable everyday situations.

About this course
This introductory workshop combines basic Russian language with cultural context. Participants practise greeting people, saying their name, asking someone else’s name, ordering three drinks in a café and giving a phone number. Teaching is interactive, with paired and group activities, repeated practice of words and sentences, and a discovery activity. The session is available in person or live online.
