Participants consolidate their existing circus skills on the static trapeze, applying technical movements in more dynamic combinations. The course focuses on refining technique by connecting moves, structuring sequences and developing these into short routines within the discipline.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for learners who have successfully completed Level 2 and received teacher sign-off. Those with relevant experience may be able to join through an aerial assessment, while Level 2 Aerial Hoop completion is also accepted.
- Level 2 completion and teacher sign-off are stated entry criteria
- Level 2 Aerial Hoop learners are also eligible
- Experienced aerial learners can use an aerial assessment route
Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest.
- Clean indoor trainers are advised.
- Clothing that covers the limbs, such as long sleeves and leggings, is advised for aerial classes.
