About this course
The course revisits Yang-style Tai Chi principles including posture, alignment, breathing and focus, using structured warm-up and cool-down practices. Learners work on accuracy, stability and coordination within the 24 Form, while Qi Gong sessions develop controlled movement, breathing and body awareness. Practice also introduces sections of the 8 Treasure Qi Gong, or Ba Duan Jin, with attention to performing the movements safely and with control.
