Tumbling Level 1

About this course

The course introduces tumbling through multidirectional floor movement, including forward and backward rolls, with trampettes and vaults used to add height. Learners work towards flips, twists and linked dynamic sequences while developing strength, agility, coordination and general fitness. Teaching starts with foundational skills and is intended to help participants build familiarity with specialist circus equipment before progressing to more advanced tumbling work.

Is this course right for you?
