About this course
The course introduces or revisits core ballet technique through exercises focused on posture, alignment, coordination and body placement. Participants learn essential ballet vocabulary and work with music to develop awareness of tempo and rhythm. Teaching includes short exercises and tutor-led movement sequences, with learners combining several phrases into simple choreographed combinations. Progression is paced according to individual development, and activities build from foundational movements towards performing short sequences.
