About this course
This guided tasting examines Donnafugata wines from across Sicily, including Contessa Entellina, Mount Etna and Pantelleria. Participants will taste eight wines spanning white, red and sweet styles, made from grapes including Grillo, Carricante, Zibibbo, Frappato, Nerello Mascalese and Nero d’Avola. The session considers the contrasts between Sicily’s terroirs and Donnafugata’s approach to vineyard work, sustainability and winemaking. The tasting also places the wines within the producer’s family history and creative presentation.
