About this course
The course develops written accuracy through sentence structure, grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalisation. Learners practise producing clear workplace writing, including forms, incident or shift notes, customer replies and record updates. Teaching includes work with real-world texts such as articles, reports and instructions, alongside activities focused on writing with clarity and purpose. Learners also review and proofread their own work, correcting errors and improving its professional presentation.
