About this course

The workshop introduces the main components and conventions of haiku poetry, using examples to explore how the form works. Participants consider different approaches to writing haiku and apply these through guided exercises. Teaching combines a tutor talk with discussion and opportunities to share ideas and writing. The session is designed to help participants develop and write their own haiku.
