About this course
The course uses a calm, steady Hatha yoga format combining gentle stretches, standing and floor-based postures, breath awareness and guided relaxation. Participants work through a short, slow-flow sequence focused on releasing tension around the shoulders, spine and hips. Postures can be adjusted with props or alternative options, allowing learners to work at a comfortable pace. Breathing and relaxation techniques are introduced as part of the practice, alongside an emphasis on ease, bodily comfort and mental clarity rather than intensity or performance.
