About this course
The course revisits core Pilates principles through circuit-based sessions that combine controlled movement with fitness exercises. Learners explore timed-station and repetition-based formats, working independently and in small groups. Exercises are practised in lying, side-lying, seated and all-fours positions, with variations and progressions used to develop posture, alignment and controlled effort. Sessions also include modifications so participants can work safely at an appropriate level.
