About this course
This introductory course covers Pilates foundations through guided practice. Participants work on posture, body alignment, coordinated breathing and control of basic movements, with regular repetition of core beginner exercises. Sessions progress gradually, with exercises adapted to individual needs where appropriate. Practice includes alignment work and exercises performed lying, seated, side-lying and on all fours.
