Saturday stop motion animation workshop

About this course

Participants explore cut-out, pixilation, sand, drawn, experimental and model animation, including work with 3D stop-frame puppets and plasticine models. Teaching combines short lectures, demonstrations, workshops, tutorials and individual assistance. Learners develop ideas and themes, plan animated sequences, work with frames and timing, and assemble films with sound. The course also introduces digital camera capture software and Dragonframe, allowing participants to record short animation sequences.
