About this course
The course develops Spanish through topics including cities and places, education, leisure, the environment, and Spanish and Latin American cultures. Learners revise indicative and subjunctive tenses, impersonal and passive clauses, and relative phrases while working with dialogues and newspaper articles. Teaching centres on spoken communication, with pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Google Classroom is used to provide teaching and learning materials, and homework is highly recommended for consolidation.

This course is intended for advanced Spanish learners. The stated entry level is completion of approximately four to five years of Spanish study or B2.1, while the catalogue level is Advanced (C1+). Participation involves regular spoken interaction, pair and group activities, role plays and games.
- Homework is highly recommended to consolidate classroom learning.
- The course is non-accredited.

- The course is based on units 5 and 6 of Aula Internacional Plus 4, Edición híbrida, published by Difusión.
- Learners who are not continuing from a previous course are advised to wait until after the first session before buying the book, in case a different level is more appropriate.
