Textiles: Monoprint and Handstitch

An all-levels textiles course covering monoprinting, appliqué and hand stitching through demonstrations, exercises, discussion and individual tuition.
About this course
Participants explore additive and subtractive monoprinting methods, including painted, drawn, wiped and masked approaches. They develop sets of prints using colour, mark-making, pattern and texture, then consider how prints can be cut and appliquéd into layered textile work.
