This introductory course develops basic spoken and written French for everyday situations. Learners practise greetings, introductions and personal information, then apply simple language to activities such as buying food and ordering drinks. The course also covers numbers up to 100 and introduces aspects of French culture, etiquette and traditions, including a celebration.
