About this course
Participants explore French language and culture through around four comptines, or traditional nursery rhymes. The tutor teaches the songs by ear, with guidance on understanding the words, pronunciation and French sounds. The workshop involves joining in with group singing, giving learners an opportunity to practise the songs and notice the rhythm of the language as they sing.
