About this course
The course develops spoken Mandarin through interactive group work and role-plays, with lessons conducted in Mandarin to refine comprehension and listening. Alongside communication practice, participants work systematically on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. The teaching approach combines spoken activities with structured language study, covering several aspects of Mandarin rather than focusing solely on conversation.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for intermediate Mandarin learners progressing towards a more advanced level. Previous study is required: participants should have completed Mandarin Level 16 or a course totalling at least 204 class hours. Lessons involve spoken communication, group work and role-plays alongside structured language study.
