About this course
This course revisits beginner-level Modern Greek while extending vocabulary and grammar for everyday communication. Topics include daily routines, shopping, moving house, future plans, instructions and invitations. Grammar work covers active verbs in the present and simple future, present-tense passive or reflexive verbs, adjectives and nouns. Teaching centres on spoken communication, with pair work, group activities, role plays and games supported by presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Learners also practise describing trips, making or refusing invitations and writing short messages.
