About this course
The course develops Modern Greek through spoken interaction, pair and group work, role plays, games, presentations, hand-outs and audio-visual resources. Learners extend their vocabulary and grammar while working with topics including personal descriptions, households in urban and rural settings, entertainment and advertising. Language work covers present-tense forms for current and repeated actions, the simple past, singular and plural genitive nouns, and the indirect object. Homework is highly recommended to consolidate class learning.

Is this course right for you?
This course is intended for learners who have recently completed Modern Greek 2 lower, studied the language for about two years, or have equivalent knowledge. It involves regular spoken interaction through pair work, group activities and role plays, with homework recommended between classes.
