1 Day Pasta Workshop

About this course

Participants prepare several styles of fresh pasta, including long, coloured, shaped and stuffed varieties, alongside sauces for fresh and dried pasta. The workshop also covers gnocchi and includes demonstrations alongside practical cooking.

What you'll learn

• Prepare fresh pasta in long, coloured, shaped and stuffed forms

• Assemble filled pasta dishes such as ravioli, cannelloni or lasagne

Before you go

• A meal featuring dishes prepared during the workshop is included.
• Two drinks with the meal are included, including wine, beer or soft drinks.
• Coffee and a croissant are provided on arrival.
• Each participant receives a cotton apron to take home.
• A recipe pack is sent by email within 48 hours after the workshop.
