2 Days: Introduction to Watercolour

A beginner watercolour course covering foundational techniques through demonstrations and studies of landscape and still-life subjects.
About this course
The course introduces core watercolour methods including colour mixing, layering and washes, alongside ways to handle paper, brushes and paint. Demonstrations show how the medium can be approached and manipulated across different studies, including landscapes and still life. Learners work from direct observation and photographic sources, with attention to colour mixing and the use of a restricted palette.
