About this course
The class introduces ballet fundamentals through step-by-step instruction and tutor guidance. Participants practise basic movements, work on balance and coordination, and move to music in a group setting. Teaching starts from the beginning and takes place in a relaxed environment, with no expectation that learners will get everything right immediately. The course is designed for adults with no previous ballet experience.
