Absolute Beginners Dance Taster

About this course

This one-off taster introduces fundamental dance concepts through rhythm and movement dynamics, travelling steps, transitions and simple foundational moves. Participants will combine steps into a short sequence, with light exercises included during the session. Teaching takes place in a relaxed group setting for adults who are new to dance. The class also allows participants to ask questions about learning dance as an adult and about possible next steps after the taster.
