About this course
The course develops accordion playing across solo and ensemble repertoire, including classical pieces, standards, folk music, musette and tango. Teaching combines tutor demonstration with individual playing, group work and peer support. Participants work on accompaniment patterns, hand technique and bellows control, then apply these skills in solo pieces and performances with duos, trios and larger ensembles. Repertoire and exercises are used to strengthen musical understanding across different playing contexts.
