About this course
The course introduces acting through practical exercises, drama games and improvisation. Sessions include group, pair and individual work, with activities focused on spontaneity, presence and engaging truthfully in performance. Participants explore character, text and scene work, using techniques for developing and portraying characters. The course also covers collaborative approaches to acting and may involve preparing and performing a short scene or monologue, depending on the course length.
