About this course
The course introduces acting through drama games, group exercises, improvisation, role-play and devised ensemble performance. Participants work with voice, movement, communication and text-based activities, using spontaneous and planned verbal and non-verbal interaction to explore characterisation and scene development. Teaching takes place through practical class activities, with some preparation outside class. The tutor may also provide video recaps or practical tasks through online learning platforms.
