Each session combines individual masterclass work with feedback from the tutor, accompanist and other singers, alongside repertoire discussion and occasional group exercises. The main emphasis is on interpretation and stagecraft, with some attention to vocal technique, pronunciation in Italian, French and German, and working collaboratively with a piano accompanist. The course also includes drama coaching and opportunities to review audio and video recordings of performances.
