About this course
This introductory course covers the foundations of Aerial Pole, also known as Flying Pole. The physical work also develops strength through repeated practice of these movements. The course is identified as suitable for absolute beginners, while noting that aerial activity requires a good level of overall fitness and some upper-body strength.
