About this course
Participants build on Level 1 aerial silks skills by practising technique while suspended from two lengths of fabric. The course focuses on connecting individual moves, improving control and body awareness, and applying technical skills to short sequences and routines. It also addresses the physical demands of the discipline, including fitness and controlled movement.

Is this course right for you?
The course is intended for learners who have successfully completed Level 1 and been signed off by their teacher. The Intermediate level indicates that participants are developing beyond foundational silks techniques and will be applying them in linked movements and short routines.
- Completion of Level 1 and teacher sign-off are required
Before you go
- Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a T-shirt or vest.
- Clean indoor trainers are requested.
- Clothing that covers the limbs, such as long sleeves and leggings, is advised for aerial classes.
