About this course

Participants work together to shape buns, then prove, bake and decorate them with creams and toppings of their choice. The session is structured as a relaxed social workshop, with conversation and music alongside the baking rather than a formal, technique-heavy format. It focuses on finishing and decorating buns; making enriched brioche dough from scratch is covered separately in the provider’s longer brioche workshop.

What you'll learn

  • Shape buns for baking
  • Prove buns before baking
  • Bake buns using the workshop process
  • Decorate buns with creams and selected toppings
