About this course
Participants prepare three styles of afternoon tea tartlet through guided baking instruction. The workshop covers apple compote tartlets, classic strawberry and cream tartlets, and hazelnut frangipane tartlets. Alongside the preparation of each variation, attention is given to the finishing details that complete the pastries.
