About this course

The course introduces machine learning, generative AI and the capabilities and limitations of current tools. Participants use conversational AI, text generators and image generators in activities such as drafting emails and creating visuals. Sessions also examine workplace applications, prompt engineering and iterative improvement of AI outputs. Ethical topics include privacy, bias and security, alongside frameworks for responsible use. The course concludes by considering emerging tools and trends, and developing a personalised AI learning plan.
