All You Can Eat Doughnut Workshop

About this course

The workshop begins with a demonstration covering doughnut preparation, followed by guided practical work. Participants make miniature British filled doughnuts with chocolate dulce de leche, custard and jam, as well as original glazed ring doughnuts. Chefs demonstrate the custard filling and provide advice on baking techniques and shortcuts while participants prepare, fill and fry their doughnuts. Doughnuts can be eaten during the workshop, with tea or coffee available alongside the food.

The course is listed as suitable for all levels and uses an introductory demonstration followed by guided practical work with chef assistance. Under-12s can attend when booked with a paying adult, and each participant requires an individual paid place.
