About this course

The course introduces Arabic through the alphabet, greetings, introductions, question words, family and occupations. Learners work with present simple forms, vowel length, masculine and feminine distinctions, case endings, and definite and indefinite forms, alongside pronunciation and vocabulary.

• Recognise and use the Arabic alphabet and distinguish long and short vowels
• Exchange greetings, ask questions and make introductions

Is this course right for you?

This course is designed for complete beginners who have never studied Arabic. It suits learners prepared to practise spoken communication through group work and role-plays, while also studying grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. The teacher conducts lessons in Arabic to develop comprehension and listening.
