About this course
This tasting focuses on Bodegas y Viñedos Attis in Galicia’s Val do Salnés, examining the range of wines produced from Albariño and lesser-known local varieties including Caiño, Espadeiro, Sousón and Pedral. It also introduces the winery’s Atlantic setting and artisanal approach, including organic viticulture, spontaneous fermentation, lees ageing, skin maceration and reduced sulphur use. The wines provide a way to explore how grape variety, climate and place influence the character of Galician wine.
