About this course
The class develops ballet technique through barre and centre work, with attention to alignment, posture, turnout, body awareness and classical vocabulary. Learners work on travelling sequences, jumps and petit allegro while exploring precision and musicality. Teaching draws on traditional and contemporary movement principles, combining technical detail with expression and freedom of movement. Live piano accompaniment supports the class.
